Account Management Goals!

I wish, they:

1. Give me heads up first.
2. Champion my cause inside their organization.
3. Really mean what they say. 🙂
4. Be nice to me [only to me].

and the list goes on…

This is what I wish my customers/prospects do.

But you know the reality. Right or Wrong?

But there is nothing wrong with dreaming, right?

They say prayers do come true. I have seen proof of that.
