What a little birdie told me!
My LinkedIn guru advised me to write about what I see every day and connect that to business. That was very valuable advice.
I follow that advice religiously to date. I have written several stories based on real-life incidents that happened in my day-to-day life. And I have still not run out of stock of stories.
My son was drawing a picture of a bird. He was taught about Zentangle Art in School. He was using that art in a picture. It came out quite well and I decided to use it with his permission. 🙂
I was thinking about how I can connect this picture to Business/Sales. There came an idea.
Ideas flow to me like a stream of water always. I am blessed.
In Sales, most of us reach out to the low-hanging fruits. But the ones that are hidden and somewhere on the top are the ones we should all go after. That’s because:
- They are quite satisfying at the end.
- The deal size is huge.
- There is no competition.
- You can keep the competition busy with the low-hanging fruits.
- There’s no value that we can add to the low-hanging fruits. It’s purely transactional and price sensitive.
Happy Selling!
